I actually needed to hate Unbound Gravel. A 200-mile (340km) race within the Flint Hills of Kansas, it is the jewel within the crown of the gravel racing calendar. Wanting in from the surface, and even till race day, I deemed it to be over-hyped. I used to be flawed. Unbound Gravel represents every part that biking ought to be.
