France’s Blandine L’Hirondel has been a path world champion in each 2019 and 2022, and, now, returns to run the Path World Championships 80k in Innsbruck-Stubai, Austria in 2023. Within the following interview, Blandine talks about how 2022 was her finest path operating season to this point, why she plans to maintain operating shorter ultras (after 2022’s success at 80-100k ultras), why she’ll concentrate on avoiding issues throughout this race, and the way being a member of a staff makes it essential to maintain attempting even on a less-than-perfect day.
