Operating has been part of Jen’s life for so long as she will keep in mind. She ran on the collegiate degree in each cross nation and monitor & area; specialising within the 5k and 10k. After school she continued to run and shifted her focus to the half and full marathon distances. She moved out west to Seattle, WA in her early 30’s. It was at that second that she started to fall in love with the mountains. Along with operating, she start to hike and climb mountains like Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood and Mt. Baker. Her operating focus now’s totally on trails at each the sub extremely and extremely distances. She is a high native competitor with many podium finishes. She likes to maintain her velocity sharp so she nonetheless runs on the highway and monitor. With the ability to shut laborious on a path race is her secret to success!
