- 1/4cup pink onion, finely chopped
- 2tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1sprint salt and pepper, to style
- 4slices sourdough bread, toasted

In a medium-size bowl, add the rooster, onion, parsley, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.Â

Combine elements within the bowl nicely to include.
