F/21/5’5 [133 > 123 =10 lbs] Not much actual weight loss because lost fat but gained muscle! Haven’t reached my goal yet but thought i’d share my progress so far. So happy I’m finally starting to see some curves in my body!!

  1. Muscle is a lot denser than fat, so despite a low numerical difference visually it’s usually more obvious. This is why people should do measurements and progress pics along with weighing, since that alone doesn’t paint the whole picture when starting a diet and a fitness regiment together.

    Also this sub needs more shots like this!
