  1. Nice work! Figure looks great!!

  2. Did you eat at a caloric deficit or maintenence?

  3. Awesome progress! Jeep it up!

  4. wow!! you look so fit! what worked for you?

  5. this is amazing! awesome effort girly ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Can i ask how tall you are? Your CW is my GW!

  7. Achieving results like yours is my goal! You’ve done awesome!

  8. Your stats are almost exactly the same as mine! Although Iโ€™m a bit shorter hehe (5โ€1). Iโ€™m currently hovering around the late part of 55 (lowest was 55.3 a few weeks ago) and my goal weight is to push for 54. However, may I ask you if you did anything in particular for your abs? I know that spot reduction isnโ€™t possible, but I find that no matter what I do (currently a combination of light weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardio, all thrice a week), I still have a stubborn kangaroo pouch below my belly button. It has definitely become much smaller than what it used to be, but itโ€™s still a bit annoying because when I bend, itโ€™s like my stomach becomes partitioned into two! Would love to hear your tips (if you have any). You look amazing โ€” keep up the good work!

  9. I would show a little bit to friends. That’s kickass, congrats
