Last summer, I started playing disc golf with my brother, and I would walk/hike over three miles everyday while maintaining a steady 1300 calorie intake. I turned 21 last fall, and drinking has slowed my progress down a bit (there’s nothing like a good beer on the disc golf course), but seeing this change has reignited the want to improve myself.
