F/27/5’3″ [200+lbs > 125lbs = ~65lbs] 1 year. I actually posted here when I hit my goal weight, but I’ve maintained for 2 months, and my new roller derby jersey came in today. I always use this as my “before” picture, so I’m excited to have another jersey pic for “after.”

M/16/6’1” [283 > 243 lbs = 40 lbs] Last year I wasn’t able to run one mile without stopping. I just ran a 10k non-stop last week. I am so happy with my progress so far and I’m excited to keep going.

M/26/6’3” [323>200= 123] (1 year and 4 months). BP has dropped from 145/90 to 115/79. No fad diet or insane exercise regiment, just CICO and running. I had originally planned to post after entering 1-derland, but I was excited about reaching 200 and wanted to share. Now it’s time to tone up!

F/23/5’4[222 lbs- 172 lbs= 50 lbs] (7 months) So excited that I finally hit 50 pounds! Looking at old pictures is a trip. Makes me realize how far I’ve come, and motivates me to work even harder.
