F/39/5’6″ [250 lbs > 147 < 170 = 103 lbs at final in 2014 (add 23 lbs pregnancy weight)] 10yr progress. It’s been a while, friends! I haven’t posted in a while, but had a baby in 2015 and am ready to get back to business! 10 years of progress and I think I have aged backwards. Keep it up!
